Bought this bass about a year ago. What I wanted was just a fretless gear to mess around with, and for the price, it was a great deal. I ordered the sunburst, but they reached out and said only burlywood was available. Ended up getting that. If you want something playable out of the box, this probably isn't it. Great guitar for under $100, if you're on a tight budget but still want something that's very playable?! This is it...just like other posters said, you may have to do a little adjusting on it, or maybe not..so far mine feels good, but I'm gonna change strings soon, I highly recommend this guitar, for a beginner, or anyone just wanting something to jam around on and cheap! For the price you can't beat it

Love how loud it is. As an acoustic it is pretty good. But I'm not a fan of the EQ. It's too quiet when I plug it up to my fender rumble. It barely captures the sound of the E string. But besides that it's great to pickup and play
