This is a sharp looking acoustic bass, I love the black. It comes tuned down so I tuned it up and strings are not too high, just right. Unplugged sound carries and is warm. While an Ibanez acoustic bass is too big for me to feel comfortably playing it, this shorter neck and smaller body acoustic Glarry is just my size. I like playing it. Very happy! The only thing I did not appreciate was the really short, cheap strap. I am a woman and it did not fit me, way too short like it is for a child. But that was an easy fix.
The little 15 Watt amp is very good. I take it to jams or into my RV for road trips together with "Black Betty", this is how I call my Glarry, This way I can practice while on the road without hauling the heavy gear. 2 thumps up!
