Deliver and packaging were exactly as described. Guitar is nice. But there seems to be a short in the of some sort in the amp. The power light does not always work and there is a constant humming.

Customer service is excellent. My guitar and amp came as expected. There was a slight issue with the amp and Lynn took care immediately. I will buy from them again strictly because of the customer service.

My 20 year old wanted to try and learn guitar for something to do during the summer. I was very impressed with the quality of her guitar and amplifier. Her teacher was blown away when I told them how little I paid for it. Very happy with my purchase!

I found the nut to get low quality and has sharp edges. Frets seem filed on edges and polished. Light weight basswood and satin maple neck amazing.

It was a good sounding guitar but style was not suited for me personally. I wanted to return but would've been charged a 20% restocking fee, Glarry offered me that same 20% off to keep it instead. For the price I figured I would do that and give it to my daughters boyfriend who is deciding if he wants to learn how to play. For the price, this is made extremely well, and performs admirably. With a better amp and cable than what it comes with it actually sounds very good. Bought this for my girlfriend who only has an acoustic guitar to see if she likes the shape and feel of electrics before committing to buying her a more expensive guitar, and she absolutely loved it.
