As a mother of a beginner musician, I was worried when I bought this instrument because I have no knowledge of it. But end up been the best decision, this instrument has allowed to learn and express in beautiful melodies, is worth the money you will invest in it.

I have recently started playing again after 35 years. I needed something to do. I always loved playing when I was younger. This viola has great sound of you're just needing to learn or to just have one to play this is a great idea for sure.

The sounds are good and the manipulation is good! Is equipped with the needs, I can't think of anything wasn't ok with everything. Except the rosin isn't the best quality, is not great but is ok!. Overall is a great investment in the instrument with all the extras!

It's nowhere near a professional instrument, but it's great for what you're paying. I bought this to get back into it, and it's been great. Don't freak out if it doesn't stay in tune at first. It's been in storage, through temperature changes, and the postal service. It's going to have an adjustment period. Don't freak out when bow strings fall out, that's pretty normal. I'm honestly impressed.

Price was cheaper than rental viola for my daughter. Needed to be tuned when received but over all is been working great.

I bought it for my daughter for school. It comes in a high quality case, and I was easily able to tune it. It had a rich, nice tone to the instrument. This was a wonderful find!

I ordered this viola because it was highly recommended on music websites for beginning players who didn't want to invest a lot of money in something that may just be a fleeting pursuit. I think it's perfect for me.

It's what you'd expect - functional, but you probably won't be playing it in the Boston Symphony. You get a good bang for your buck. My wife got this because she used to play 40+ years ago when she was young, so she's essentially a beginner again.

Buy this as a birthday gift for my son. He plays 1st chair viola at school, he wanted his own at home. He tunes it up with ease and it sound great. It didn't come with a shoulder rest, but he can use the one from his violin.

Nicely made, decent tone, strings and rosin are not good though. Spent $30 on a set of new strings and it made a huge improvement. Definitely a good buy!

It does not have a full sound, and the bow is flimsy. But it is good for a very beginner who does not want to pay $800. Especially it's only $75! You get what you pay for. The case is nice.
