About a month into owning the violin, it started to become unglued on one side. I sent them pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement. They were incredibly easy to work with and extremely helpful. I would have given 3 stars, but after their awesome customer service, they get 5. Thanks so much!

We received the violin today and I was pleasantly surprised. After tuning and getting rosin on the bow, I played the violin and it sounds like, well a violin, exactly like every other violin I have played. I didn't realize this came with an extra bridge and strings, which was a nice bonus.

It seems a big thing that helps retain the quality of this violin at a low price is similar to what's done on lower priced yet still good quality electric guitars. There is a satin finish on the violin, which is a creates lower cost in production. The build and playability are great. The case is sturdy, and mine came with strings, an extra bridge, bow, tuner, and rosin.

Everything you need to get set up. I personally didn't care for this rosin, but was okay with starting with it. Sand up that rosin to begin with. I am overall very pleased with this all inclusive set!

It working fine for my beginner lessons. It goes out of tune easily, but also easy to get back in tune. The glue on one bow failed, but they replaced it with a new bow, free of charge. Thank you!

The other was just absolute trash and I'm kicking myself for not getting pictures before I tossed it. Get yourself a better Rosin, I can prepared for bad rosin and got bad rosin. You can get a decent rosin on Amazon for like $5. If you care about appearance my violin has dirt spots mixed in with the finish. And last, but the most painful one. The E string sits so l ...

The E string sits so low it's nearly touching the top part of Mt neck. The issue is the nut was filed down too deep. Pro's- Price for sound quality is insane. You will not find a better sounding violin for the price Glarry puts out in the US. It beats out most other more expensive entry level instruments with a consistent warm tone. Aged wood, AGED WOOD, AGED WOOD for $94. Holy poop The case has a built in hygrometer The tuner is great, and I got two bridges which was a huge plus. The violin isn't staying in tune well, but that is to be expected with new cheap strings. Overall- I would give this violin 3.5 stars. If I find an easy affordable solution to the E string I will update my review and increase it's rating.

UPDATE- I received a new bow in good condition and a $15 refund. This worked great because I used the money to buy a new bridge, this solved my E string problem. I would like to change my 3 stars to 5!

Great piece. My daughter wanted on to play for school. So here it is. It is beautiful and it's a great plus for kids. Her teacher was even quite impressed with it and is looking at getting some for the school.

I can't rate this any better at this time it was bought as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so she hasn't received it as of yet . But I will say when it arrived we had to look at it. It is beautiful ! And it seems to be a very good buy for a beginner.

Far exceeded my expectations. They happily sorted out some issues I had with the bows and I put on a set of Thomastik-Infeld Dominant strings, and now I think it sounds as good as my cousin's expensive music store student violin. More than enough to get me started.

I purchase it for my son to learn on. It is an excellent violin for a beginner or a parent who wants their child to experiment before committing to a more expensive instrument.
