I've previously had good experiences with Glarry Music, but my recent viola purchase was disappointing. The viola arrived without a bridge, making it unplayable. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed to purchase a bridge myself through Amazon, which was frustrating. Although they promised a refund of $10.76 to cover the cost, I still haven't seen the refund in my account. This lack of follow-through has been both inconvenient and frustrating.

I bought it for my daughter for school. It comes in a high quality case, and I was easily able to tune it. It had a rich, nice tone to the instrument. This was a wonderful find!

I ordered this viola because it was highly recommended on music websites for beginning players who didn't want to invest a lot of money in something that may just be a fleeting pursuit. I think it's perfect for me.

I love my new viola. It was fairly cheap, but it's not a crappy instrument. It is well crafted. The only thing is one of my C strings sounds a little off but still fine. I love that it comes with a case, a bow, rosin. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Buy this as a birthday gift for my son. He plays 1st chair viola at school, he wanted his own at home. He tunes it up with ease and it sound great. It didn't come with a shoulder rest, but he can use the one from his violin.

Surprisingly good. The tuning pegs started to slip. Looked for a fix idea on YouTube. Restrung the strings properly. Works great.

Honest review: Beautiful color, deep tone, easy to tune. It's a bit fiddly to staying tone, though. It takes a lot of force to push in. I don't know how long it will last. The price is great, cheaper than a lot of violas I've seen, but the quality is good. Generally acceptable.

I got 2 of these for my sons who are just starting viola. It is a good viola for what they are doing. It came packaged nicely and in good shape. My kids love it.

This ended up a decent sounding Viola...but it took some work. The strings had a very whiney/ tinny sound at first that was improved some but adjusting the sound post slightly. The strings were replaced with Dominant Strings and added a carbon fiber bow. The results...totally worth it. The sound is much improved. Better than the orchestra viola my child was renting.

The viola sounds really good, especially for a beginner like me who just switched from learning violin. For a 15", it still has that deep sound! The bow and viola itself sounds great enough for someone who just wants to learn how to play!

Okay, this is a little premature, I got it today and haven't tuned it or brought it to my teacher for her to break it over my head, and I'm a total newbie. The price is obviously unbelievable. However the case is hard and felted, and the construction is beautiful of wood. It's very lightweight.
