I got the GB short scale, it arrived when promised. It was packaged up well enough and arrived undamaged even though the outside box looked like it had been bounced and thrown about. This is perfect for my purposes. I normally play Guitar, but needed an "emergency bass" to leave in the car at all times, in case my bass player doesn't show up at our twice monthly jam. Got the bass, beautiful. Simple, clean smooth neck. My setup so far is 1) straighten the neck w/ the supplied Allen wrench, lower the action. That's all it took to get it to my preferred "playability". The 30" scale is great for us guitar players use to 25" scales. (Standard bass being 34" which is too lo ...

My order was shipped promptly. The package arrived without any damage; well packed. The build quality was excellent. I changed the low output pickup to suit my Vox headphone amp; to a Musiclily Dual Hot Rail High Output single Coil Humbucker Pickup. I have no gripes of my purchase. Thank you Glarry.

It's hard to believe the quality that this company is able to produce for such a low-cost product. My son is 8, and just beginning his bass journey. As a musician myself, I understand the value of learning on a quality instrument to avoid the frustrations that come along with poor quality. I was suspicious that at this price, I would get something that would impress me, but there were so many good reviews, I decided to go for it. And I am truly impressed. I loved this instrument. I think it is as good or better than the Fender Squire Bronco which it copies. It came nicely packaged with no damage. Neck and frets were smooth with no rough edges. Like most guitarists, I loved the bass also, but must admit that it wouldn't have much practical use in my guitar "arsenal" and would probably just sit around unused. A bit of arthritis in the clamping hand added to my decision. Nevertheless, if you've been thinking about a shorter scale bass, I would strongly encourage you to buy this one. It's about 100 dollars cheaper than its Fender counterpart and every bit the equal in quality. Let me stress again, I didn't return this item because of lack of quality. If you're looking for a nice Fender styled/sounding short scale bass, you will be pleased with this bass.

Amazing quality for so little money! I don't know how you guys do it. I unboxed and tuned this bass up and right out of the box it sounded good. The fit and finish are excellent. I am an amateur guitar tech, so I am planning on doing some upgrades on this bass. Probably change out the pickup and add another pickup as well. The only down side to that is that the wood is pretty soft, so be really careful not to strip any of the screws. i will probably switch most of them out to the next larger size and length, just to make everything a little stronger.

Got this item as a gift for my son, who already plays bass. He absolutely loves it and is learning to play it with Rocksmith. Great for beginners.
