Great starter violin!! It will surfice long enough to see if your child will stick with it! It they do, then spend more money for another one. I can't believe all you get for your money. I have given four lessons to my granddaughter already and she knows the names of the strings and bows very nicely and started playing using her fingers. She just might stick with it. Pleasantly happy. Arrived in good condition. Tuner works great. I wanted to limit my investment since i hadn't played in approximately 27 years (since middle school) and wasn't sure if stick with it. Overall for $100 it seems like a great deal having it shipped to your place.

I bought this violin to learn on and of course I love the finish. I don't know enough about it yet to say the sound is amazing but I'm sure it is, once I learn how to make amazing sounds on it.

The teacher recommended a brand that would cost five times plus more than this one. I wanted my granddaughter to have this to try. She has completely about 3 months of lessons with it and it is still working and she loves the lesson. Definitely worth the money.

It is a $100 violin, its not going to be amazing. It stays in tune better than I expected, but I would recommend immediately replacing the strings and getting a better shoulder rest. It so far works.

I purchased this beautiful violin as a Birthday Gift for a wonderful Sister. She loves it! So far she can tune it by herself, play about 10 songs and she has not had it for more than 2 months. I was so pleased that I bought two more. The extra set of strings is assets to a beginner. Thank you! Highly Recommend.

I have been playing violin and viola for over 20 years and used to teach private lessons. I wanted to get another cheap second violin to travel and not have to worry about damaging an expensive instrument from leaving it in a cold car, getting it stolen, etc. I am really impressed by the quality and sound of this budget violin. It comes ready to play, with an extra set of strings, mute, and a nice comfortable shoulder rest.

We bought this for my daughter when he took up violin. First of all, the violin looks great! It is with a very nice finish. The case is really nice! My daughter can either hold it with the handle on the side or wear it like a backpack. I love that feature! It also comes with a bow, resin, a chin rest and extra strings. My girls both started off with little violins, and I got a little jealous. I ordered myself a 4/4 size and I couldn't be happier. Is it an orchestra quality instrument? I have no idea…I'm a beginner. But I feel like I'm in an orchestra soloing while scratching out "Twinkle Twinkle". It really has a beautiful sound once I broke the strings and tuner pegs in. Now I only need to use the fine tuners once every couple of days.

I'm a semi professional violinist who bought this for my son—it's great for the price! Ours stays in tune, but if you have problems with that, take a little of the rosin dust and put it on the bottom of each peg/in the hole. It should help with sticking.

Very cool product. My best purchase of 2020 so far. Was looking for a new hobby during quarantine and wanted to give the violin a shot without spending a lot of money. Great if you know nothing and want to give the violin a go. Experienced violinists may has some lesser things to say but if you are complete beginner looking to noodle around to test your interest this is a great buy.
