MAJOR DAMAGE!!!
Well, my guitar arrived today. ---
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived on the 29th. Not too upset about that because I ordered it on the 18th, knowing it could take up to 10 days for delivery. Well, being all excited when it arrived, when I saw the box, I was immediately concerned. When I opened it, my concerns came to reality. The body is crushed and it must be returned.
Overall, the guitar looks good but I didn't do much more than open it, unpack it, ...

Well, being all excited when it arrived, when I saw the box, I was immediately concerned. When I opened it, my concerns came to reality. The body is crushed and it must be returned.
Overall, the guitar looks good but I didn't do much more than open it, unpack it, and pack it back up. Can't say much more at this time. Hopefully customer service will be better than the shape the guitar arrived. ................
UPDATE - 1-15-21
Upon the arrival of the damaged guitar, I contacted Glarry customer service. The customer service manager I worked with, Manager Lin, was incredibly responsive and helpful! The guitar was replaced immediately! Because the guitar that I ordered was not in stock at the time, I was given the option to wait until it was in stock or the option of choosing another guitar that was in stock. Because it was a gift, I wanted to replace it as soon as I could and so I chose a different guitar from the Glarry inventory. The guitar was immediately put on order and I received it roughly 12 to 15 days later. All through this time, the service manager was in contact with me and was very helpful and responsive to my messages.
As you know, these guitars are quite competitively priced but they are worth every penny and more! I've been playing guitar for nearly all of my life and I really enjoy the guitar I bought for my child. It's a fantastic beginner guitar and to be honest, I'm considering getting one for myself for fun!
The classic question: Would I buy from Glarry again? Heck yes!
The only problem I had during this entire transition was the worry about how the guitar would arrive. They are not packed very well and so I was "biting my nails" while waiting for the second guitar to arrive. it arrived in PERFECT condition!
