We offer free shipping as well as paid courier services, with express shipping fees dependent on the quantity of goods. 2. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order by contacting our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label (RL) upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that shipment in transit is beyond our control, and any unforeseen delays are the carrier's responsibility. We will do everything we can to help expedite the delivery of your order. In the event that your package is lost during transit, we will resend it to you.
