Guitar arrived just fine in standard shipping box. No damage. Glarry uses really cheesy film to protect the pick guard and it is hard to pick off all the nooks and crannies. Pick guard themselves are garbage: They are made of a super soft plastic than can be gouged with just a fingernail. Finish was fine. I did not detect any cosmetic issues. First, let me say that I have several Glarry guitars and basses, and I am very pleased with them. I ordered the GT102 guitar for my grandson who live in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was shipped within a few days and arrived quickly. He called me and thanked me for the guitar, but he didn't tell me much about it. After contacting Glarry about some problems with GT 102 guitar that I had ordered for my grandson, I must say that they were very responsive and were able to resolve the issues quickly and were more than fair. I will definitely be working with Glarry in the future.

With a few minor adjustments this was ready to play right out of the box. All I did was adjust the truss rod and one saddle. I did use this guitar as a modding platform. A bone nut, roller trees, locking tuners, a high-end loaded pickguard and a new bridge. I also did some fret work and it is an awesome playing little guitar.

Overall the instrument is acceptable with several manufacturing defects which do not effect ability to play. Fingerboard has a misdrilled inlay which is cosmetic in nature and adds to character. Frets are not terribly proud of the fingerboard a file greatly improves feel. Action is high but to each his own and requires lowering of saddle to bring into better feel. Got it on time mabe a little early. Its worth $129. Put better strings on it, you will want to do that. Had to tweak the input jack, no big deal. Decent sound. All and all, I'm satisfied. I would buy from them again

I love this bass. First off the design and the finish. Although I'm not sure if the one I bought is still available, but I got the fire one, and it's beautiful. The next thing is I am an old guy so my hands aren't as strong as back in the day, but this guitar is easy to play even for me, and that's a plus for sure. Its a nice guitar but it came a little smaller than expected and I can't get the E string in tune for some reason. The sound of the whole guitar is just off. and it easily gets out of tune.

This is the 2nd of two pieces that I purchased from Glarry!!! I do admit that I had experienced a lil' "faux pas" with the neck concerning "dead spots" where notes couldn't be produced while playing, but its nothing that an allen wrench/truss rod adjustment couldn't handle!! LOL!!!! And I gave it a lil "facelift" if you will, because that "gold" pickguard blended so beautifully with that hue of the wood finish on the guitar.......Overall THIS ONE WHUPS @$$!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Ya'll!!!!!!

Gutair is beautiful app is ok however the cord was broken so I had to order a separate one and the gutair case has no protection I would not recommend the case either. Will also be getting a new amp in the near future :)

It is pretty well made. Out of the box: neck is straight, intonation pretty close. No loose nuts on volume and tone controls. No sharp frets. Input jack is solid. Bass is very lightweight. Balanced when playing with strap. Minor issues: all esthetic/looks. Half of the pick guard screws were screwed in crooked, not fixable without using bigger screws. So I am happy with my purchase of this Bass, it does have some issues. It does however look good, have playabilty (reasonable string height) and it works when plugged it. Now for the cons:1) The neck has an indentation on the treble side around the 11th - 12 fret but, doesn't effect the sound or playabilty2) There is a tiny gauge in the pic guard which I could care less about3) It has GLarry on the head stock. also I bought a set of black tuners and the top peg snapped off of one.

Sounds overall good. Great for a beginner bass. Mine came with a stripped truss rod tho which made it have fret buzz that couldn't be fixed by a professional :(

I purchased the space somewhere around the beginning of covid not one or two months later the top piece that holds the strings on the base snapped I tried for months to get a hold of garry unsuccessfully. All I would like is to get my base fixed or something to that effect it's been nearly two years thanks guys
