Tracking number never populated with any info, contacted customer service after a week , was told to just wait a few days. never received order. I realize things happen, just be upfront and transparent, but getting the run around is never good. therefore I cannot review the product since I never received, but based on the costumer service experience I can not give a high rating.

Anything I type becomes gushing about this bass, so I will just break it down without going over the top. I am not a pro, just a dude with other bass guitars of various quality. 1. Just what I needed. Nice pickup crossover tone palette you can get between adjusting volume controls, but the best tone is both pickups at once: the hum is cancelled & the tone is deep, sweet, & smooth. Thinkin' about gettin' the 6-string sunset burst version to compliment my 5-string burlywood. Thumps & pops nicely as well

Amazing quality for so little money! I don't know how you guys do it. I unboxed and tuned this bass up and right out of the box it sounded good. The fit and finish are excellent. I am an amateur guitar tech, so I am planning on doing some upgrades on this bass. Probably change out the pickup and add another pickup as well. I don't know how you guys can make such a good product for so little money. This guitar is so awesome and fun. I have a full size bass guitar that sits in the corner, because my hands are really too small to play it easily. So, I thought I would check this 3/4 size guitar out. I bought it, the amp is ok for the money but trust me only works for the bass. The guitar came in prepackaged/ wrapped clean condition and plays nicely. Uhh, i might've tuned the volume knob a little hard and it broke but i guess ill take the blame.

Ok, so I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical that a sub $100 guitar could really play well. So... now I am eating a bit of crow because this one actually plays really well. Went to tune the guitar, first string was tuned to G, went to tune to E and it was either too loose or too tight, wound up having the string break. So now I have to order new strings and restring it. Also found the pick ups are extremely loose. The seller worked with me, provided compensation for the issues I had. Now that I've replaced the strings and adjusted the pickups and standoffs it's working well.

After all the glowing reviews and impressive youtube videos, I decided to give this a try. I wasn't expecting much for $90, but this was nothing like the basses I saw on youtube. The strings were unplayable. They felt like rat-tail files. The mounting holes for the pickup screws were too far apart, so the assembler put the screws in at an angle. The color wasn't yellow, it was orange and a grayish color along the grain lines. It also was very low quality parts and build. Came in a very flimsy box. On the good side was its price and it arrived very quickly.
