There are a few minor blemishes on whatever was used to give my glarry gp bass it's shine but it's minor, not to mention, cosmetic so I'm not highly concerned about it. Bought this for my wife who has always wanted to play the bass. Needed something reliable and good for not a lot of money. Most of the reviews I read were good so I took the leap. She opened it on Christmas and was very pleased. Has already taken several on-line classes and seems to enjoy the ride so far. Amp is pretty small and a little tinny but just fine as a starter given the price. So far very satisfied. Thanks.

I'm loving this bass!!! It looks beautiful and plays well. The only thing that feels a little light on it are the tuning nobs but they still work great. Perfect for beginners or even customizers. Hands down the best value on a bass out there.

I was impressed with the Precision Bass Guitar that I purchased for my son. The workmanship is better than I expected. Also, the paintwork is very nice with smooth color transitions. The bass has a good feel, decent action, and was fairly close to pitch when I opened it up. I lowered the action a bit and adjusted the octave harmonics a bit. The amp isn't the greatest but will do. I give this 4 stars because nothing is perfect, I wouldn't even give my Gibson 5 out of 5. But this is as close to perfect of a starter bass setup that I've ever seen. I received the instrument a fair 3/4 days after it shipped and it came in a fairly undamaged box! The yellow color is much more mustard than the bright yellow pictured, but I definitely prefer the darker color! Not a lot of buzzing up and down the board and the pickups are extremely solid for the price. Strings ain't bad either. ...

The amp is absolutely usable out of the box and has adequate knobs for bass treble & gain. I bought a similar but unbranded package 3 or so years ago for $135 & this kit absolutely blows that one out of the water. If I didn't already invest in a Seymour Duncan pickup I wouldn't even bother with a swap. I am planning on ordering at least two more guitars from you in the future as they also work wonderfully as budget project guitars. I have some plans for this bass as well. Will attach an edit/image when they're all done. By the way I'm an amateur bass player, just getting back into it after years off and this is a perfect way to fall back in love with playing. By far the best starter/project guitar maker online these days, in my opinion.

The finish on the guitar was more of a fade and the blue didn't come in towards the middle. Everything else was amazing though

I was very pleased with my purchase of the Glarry GP Electric Bass. It arrived on time with no damage. It is my first bass. I was going to buy a used one so I wouldn't have a huge investment in an instrument I didn't like to play. But as inexpensive as this one was I went with new! It plays great and came with everything I needed. I would recommend Glarry to anyone. DP

The box came really beat up so I wad afraid the bass was going to be damaged but it was fine. Someone left a rusty box cutter in the box. I got these both for my daughter and she was more excited about the uke. Figures.... the amp is not very loud but I would definitely recommend for the amazing price!

I really like this bass guitar. It's just what I wanted and what I expected. The amp was better that I thought it would be and overall it was at a great price. I have this one thing I didn't like, the strap is too short. It doesn't rest on my shoulder, it rest on the back of my neck making it impossible to use.

I'm new to the bass, so I'm maybe not the best person to review the Glarry GP Electric Bass, but I'll tell you what I know: *It's gorgeous. The finish is very, very nice. *It sounds great. I sort of expected less, honestly, from a bass at this price point. *It's not very well balanced. It's head-heavy, meaning you'll have to work at keeping it positioned--but honestly, that's such a small thing in light of how great it looks and sounds for the price.

The bass is really good but once it came the Auxillary cable and the wrench were both missing I the bass was a little bit dirty and the straps were dusty showing signs that it must have been in a warehouse for a while. the bass itself is really good but has a strong metallic ringing every time you strum and without the wrench tool, I was unable to make it change. the amp is okay as it does its job but I was disappointed that the Auxillary is missing. the amp is strange as it has a weird radio in ...

I don't know why touching the knobs works but if you can play one-handed which I doubt then the radio goes away. the bass is everything that i expected and a little bit small for me but gets the job done. I would really like it if I could get an Auxillary or a wrench tool.

I've only encountered 2 minor problems, one is that you can hear the strings hitting the fretboard when playing but I feel like I can fix that and on the D string if I pluck it there is a buzzing sound that resonates but it doesn't bother me very much. Outstanding value. Outside of needing to be tuned, it worked perfectly. The amp is great. The cord that came with it was not so good, but once I used my own cord, it sounded great! The bass is beautiful and stays in tune well. No rough edge on the neck. Everything was perfect outside of the included chord! Arrived very quickly! Great value for the money!

As for the amp that comes with this set, I'm less than impressed, which is why I'm giving the review 4 stars. It sounds like a basic amp that makes the input louder than the output. However, the amp has a lot of hum due to improper grounding. When you're playing you might not notice this, but when you're not touching the instrument, the ground will float and the hum returns. Thankfully, I'm an experienced electrical engineer and was able to correct the issue by installing a 3-prong outlet on the amp, and doing a little rewiring to connect earth-ground to the circuit board ground. All in all, definitely worth the money to buy this combo if you're new to bass and need some gear to learn on.

Arrived the day the tracking said it would. Everything came in the box as the description said it would. The burlywood looks great. Gonna have to do a little setup on the bass but I anticipate that it will play and sound good.

Guitar arrived in great condition and on time. It has a very nice look and is a good beginner instrument. The amplifier is basic and works well. Overall, good guitar and great price.
