It arrived quickly in a large, heavy box. All pieces were in perfect condition. When assembling the legs, make sure to turn all 4 screws on each leg a few times before tightening them completely. The digital piano I ordered was packaged well and arrived on time. The sound of the piano is very good. I chose this particular model because it had 88 fully wighted keys and it looked very attractive. Unfortunately the back board, tailgate is what Glarry lists it as, does not fit properly. The screw holes do not seem to line up properly either but that could be due to the tailgate being too wide. I have reached out to Glarry a few times but the issue has not been resolved.

Couldn't fix the speaker buzz that I found on one note (A below middle C), though support tried to help. But I'm running it through external speakers with good effect. The action is very realistic, so I'm happy that for the price of a tuning, I got myself a pretty good piano. I do wish I had spent a bit more and gotten a built-in key cover, however—and a little more cabinet.
