Over all, very impressed with products. Minor adjustments to be made, but that's to be expected. Frankly, most impressive is the fact that, even though i ordered the stand as well, it was not shipped with my guitar. When i emailed them about this oversight, (which i fid right before i went to bed.) I had a response before i got up the next morning and the stand was already being shipped. I am impressed. This is a good first bass guitar for the beginner. I love the finish on it. There are no fret sprouts. Just need a minor adjustment on the bridge - easy to do with the tool provided - to get the right height for me. The strings were in good shape. Normally, I replace the strings on inexpensive guitars but did not need to do so. Plugged it in and it sounds fine. The body is light.

Discovered the Glarry GP Electric Bass on a couple of YouTube unboxing videos and decided to give it a shot. I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend's 10 year old son who has shown a interest in playing bass.The bass arrived and the construction is very good for the money. I needed a bass for my studio as I really dislike Midi bass. For the price I cannot complain at all. It is stable, has a decent neck and looks good. Downsides would be that it is top heavy due to the body being so light, but this is not an issue as this is a studio bass for me. I am very satisfied and appreciate Glarry's good service here. Very happy with this purchase. For the price you arent going to do better. Neck needs a "very lite" sanding closer to body to smooth out a little rough spot but it doesnt absolutely need it. The pickups work fine. Probably gonna put about 60$ into upgrading tuners and pickyps and this will be every bit as good as a 400$ bass. If u want to try out bass to see if you like it this is definitely 1 to pull the trigger on. I would recommend this product.

I received the Glarry fretless bass as a gift from my daughters and wife for my birthday. This is actually my third Glarry bass, they make great modding platforms. Received in good shape, did require some setup, truss rod adjustment, intonation, pickup and string height but that almost a given. For $80ish, this bass is pretty good. Pickup works nicely, sounds punchy like a p bass should. Action is a bit high, but not too bad. The only issue I've noticed is the neck-dive. If I were advising someone wanting to learn bass, I might push them toward something nicer, but for just a p bass on the side, I'd say this is definitely a bargain.

For the price you can't really go wrong. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the bridge pickup was in pieces. I am fairly handy and fixed it myself. After a repair and a couple other tweaks it's now a respectable instrument.

Like many of the reviews I found, for the money, this is an pretty good bass. Out of the box it just needed a tune up. The action is a little high for my liking but by no means bad. Electrical noise, at least playing through a USB sound card, is very low to not noticeable. A great first bass and probably one that will hang around ....... if you have enough space :)

This was a great example of the GIB 5 string Bass. All I did was tune up, and I was off to the races recording into my Audiobox USB 96. The accessories are great, but don't count on any impact protection from the gig bag. I'm new to bass, but intermediately experienced in guitar in a studio setting, and I'd highly recommend this for the price.

After recommending a Glarry bass to a friend and seeing the sound a quality of hers, I purchased one for my music studio for visiting musicians.
