I'm a beginner at bass and I've been playing this every day! It's great quality for the price. The neck is a little thicker than the standard electric guitar neck but that's not an issue for me, the design is overall very sleek and the pickups are wonderful. The amp has the classic set of controls for volume, high, mids, bass. Works great, haven't had any issues so far - I would recommend for beginning players because of the great price point, but anyone would be able to enjoy this bass.

Nice looking bass. It is light weight but very neck heavy. I will be replacing the strings with a better set.Very nice bass for the price.

Great inexpensive P Bass. I like it better than my Squier. Good looks, light weight and sounds great (with a set of Roto Sound Flat Wounds on it). Absolutely amazing for an instrument at this price point. Photo is me with the bass. I'm a big Devo fan and the bass matches my Devo Energy Dome. Nice and light for a 70 year old guy (my Fenders weigh a ton).

The GIB 5 string arrived on time, but the box was badly damaged. I thought for sure the Bass would damaged, but to my surprise it is not. The Bass plays pretty good for the price paid. I plan to change the pickups because they are pretty weak, especially on the Low B string. I've replaced the pickups on my Glarry Jazz Bass 4 string for the same reason. I will also put flatwound strings on the Bass. The tuning keys seem to be holding up for now, but I might put Gotoh tuners on in the future. I pu ...

Just got my new bass and I love it. The deal is fabulous. The only issue I've had is the strap that comes with it is a little short for me. I like to play with my bass slung a bit lower. I'll bet I can find a good deal on one here. If you want to play a bass guitar, you can't go wrong with this package

I bought this to give to one of my brothers as a Christmas gift. I don't know much about electric instruments, but it looked very nice when I first unpacked it to make sure it arrived undamaged. The finish was great and the wood's grain looked very nice. He said he tuned it and did a little work on it, and seems to enjoy it.

Amazing. Great customer service and the bass far exceeded my expectations. Perfect set up right out of the box. This is my 5th bass and clearly number one. Just buy it. Dont even replace the strings if you like punch and versatility . If you want mellow only, put on flats. Yes I'd recommend it. Beautiful and it works.

There are a few minor blemishes on whatever was used to give my glarry gp bass it's shine but it's minor, not to mention, cosmetic so I'm not highly concerned about it. When it arrived, the box had a big hole in the side (likely from shipping) but having some sort of grip is better than a dropped and broken guitar any day. It's been 1 year since I bought the Jazz Bass set. It has worked PERFECTLY! I assumed that for the price the tuners would be cheap. I pick it up today to play along with a you tube video, and after put on the tuner and it was almost perfect. Good enough to play around on. The pickups have a little buzz at high volume but at bedroom levels it in unnoticeable. I plan on putting a 600pf cap to ground to fix the buzz. BEST BUY of 2020. 1 yr ago... Delivery was fast. Came almost ready right out of box (just string tuning a little) packaging protected it and was good. No blemishing or issue at all. Cord better than one I got with amp. Nice beginner setup.
