Quite impressed with the bass. Holds tune well. Neck needed some sanding because it was sticky and a bit rough. I have to tell you, I bought this because I have played a 4 string forever and wanted something cheap to see how a 5 string plays. This bass will be on stage with me soon. Highly recommend for a lower end priced bass! For a $125 bass its pretty nice. I have a couple of $1000 Fender basses that I love

It is not my first time buying from Glarry but I was in the market for a fretless bass. I received it in less than a week from my purchase date and I was impressed by how good the bass felt to play. I got the sunset color option finish is quite nice as there weren't any blemishes in the paint. I had to adjust the truss rod to get it playable as the action came a little too low for the first position to be audible. It works well for a starter. Would be 5 stars except the neck and the bridge don't look to be lined up that well. The space between the top of the fretboard and the B string gets bigger toward the body of the guitar compared to the headstock. This causes the pickups to be off compared to the string.

I had ordered a Glarry Bass and the neck wasn't quite finished by the neck shaping machine. I repaired the neck myself and Glarry sent me $20 to cover my time and expense. Glarry has been very helpful and worked with me. I did not have time to return the bass as it was for my grandson for his birthday the day after I received the bass. Well, there are obvious flaws, and Blemishes,. BUT! at this price point, they're great guitars! Excellent beginner to intermediate, With the potential to be a Gigging guitar. I was pleased with the overall Look of the bass guitar I ordered. The electrics worked ok and was lightweight. But. the neck appeared to have not been finished when it was shaped. There was a large hump on the side of the neck near the 1st and 2nd fret area. Luckily, I have worked on guitars and I was able to sand the hump down to match the contour of the rest of the neck,. My guitar came in with the frets buzzing. you sent a video that did not help. Your customer service rep was going to send me a return shipping label but never did. And no it not go to spam. I ended up keeping it and paying a guitar tech $120 to correct the problem which was the frets were uneven. He put a gauging tool on the neck and showed me the defect. Now the bass plays just fine. My second Glarry bass. the first purchase was a 4 string fretless - flawless instrument. Obviously I was happy with it - I bought another instrument. This 5 string arrived today. I spent a brief time setting up the action, as you would need to do with any new instrument. I'm 40 and finally decided to break down and buy a bass because it's one instrument I've always wanted to learn. The bass itself is made well and once you get it tuned it sounds great. My only complaint is the amp. While it's a good little amp to practice with, there is still good bit of humming/noise in the amp. But I'm already planning on upgrading the amp regardless. All In all for someone like myself who is just starting out, this is a great bass guitar. Thanks Glarry!!

Received my jazz bass. Setup, fit and finish were exceptional for the price. Replaced the strings and this bass has become my favorite to play. Neck dive is not a problem for me as I keep my hands on the bass while playing. I own a Fender Jazz, Squire Jaguar and a Rickenbacker 4001 but I enjoy the weight and comfort of this bass. Sound quality is well within expectations for a bass of this price range.

Received this today. Appearance is nice. Bass plays fine after some adjustments, fret board is too long, second knob doesn't stop turning, doesn't have the other lock nut for the strap. The amp isn't good at all.

The bass came super quick. I'll need to do a little adjustment, but it played pretty well the way it was out of the box. The amp is a pretty nice little practice amp. I really didn't need the amp, but it's light weight. Sounds great. This makes my 3rd Glarry bass purchased. As with all my Glarry basses, I'll put it up with my other high end basses.
