Bought for my daughter. Had to install the bridge ourself. After allowing the strings time to stretch and settle it holds tune and is playable. The bow is horrible however, but will get you going. Overall this is a good starter violin at a great price.

Fantastic product. Great for our 12-year-old to learn violin. The end of the bow was cracked, and the company replaced the bow very quickly. Would definitely recommend this company and product.

Fast delivery and well packaged. No big issues with the fit and finish, especially considering the price. The interior is well padded and has nice large storage area. The velcro neck strap is a nice touch. The latches and handle are OK, but I wouldn't feel comfortable if were to be more heavily used.

This was received quickly and was very well packaged. Had to spend some time fixing fret ends and setting the action. Had no problem getting the intonation spot on up and down the neck. Tuners had to be replaced almost immediately and the pickups were passable. It's turned into a nice playing instrument that will probably have the electronics replaced if it continues to play well. The fit and finish is quite good and for the price, this is a pretty good deal.

It is good for a first violin. Needs a good deal of set up and tuning is very hard even with their tuner. I had to go in and get it professionally done.

Wow what can I say. It came very fast and in great shape. It was playable right out of the box. Setup wasn't bad, needed a small few tweets. Plays Awesome. This little bass sounds HUGE. With a decent amp I get great throaty tones that growl when I need them to. there's plenty of bite and punch available when you need it. The build quality is good. I took a leap of faith and purchased this model for my 11-year-old daughter who was eager to join the fall band as a clarinet player.
