the amp arrived on time and in good condition. the "bass" amp I received did not perform as a bass amp should...no bass like sound on the low Glarry Customer service is the absolute best!! was not satisfied with the bass amp, not bass like sound and volume on the E and A strings. Glary gave me a refund and said "keep the amp"

When I received my guitar it looked beautiful !!! After a few adjustments I saw that the neck was slightly bowed. As I looked to make an adjustment , I saw the nut was stripped from the factory and I couldn't fix the neck. I contacted Glarry and still have not heard from them. A heavier string may help. Placement of the saddle and neck issue make intonation impossible after 7th fret but for $80 bucks what can you expect? It's a great beginners guitar if someone sets it up for them. Just by repl ...

The finish on this guitar body is great. I was able to get some more harmonics out of the body/pickups than on my other electric. However, the tone pots are not working properly; there is no damping of the highs whatsoever. The electronics alone set this guitar back two stars. The neck is thick, and quite unfinished, but still playable.

First off I cant believe the amazing customer service of glarry. I received my guitar and it had some finish issues. I contacted glarry and they immediately took care of me and they are giving me a partial refund because I didn't want to send it back because it plays so dang good. To tell you the truth they have better customer service than Martin guitar I had some issues with my Martin and they wasnt as willing as glarry to resolve issues. Thanks glarry you guys are awesome

My violin arrived today. I'm impressed by it overall other than the fact that there are several areas where the paint has been chipped a large portion on the headstock is unpainted, and the bow has several broken hairs, and the tuning pegs have a tendency to slip out of place. But plugging it in is a really awesome feature it sounds nice with some reverb and delay. Update: Glarry is refunding me for the damaged parts. Thank you Glarry

The guitar looks nice, it was rather difficult to tune. When tuning, a peg came off and the screw would not go back in. it was only for one peg, but it seemed that it was a factory defect. I have contacted customer service and have yet to hear back in 2 days!! Update: they have contacted me and have been very nice after I have voiced my concerns they were willing to work out a refund. Not a bad starter guitar I may have been unlucky but I am sure this is fit anybody starting out.

The guitar itself is really good especially for its price and the amp is okay not the best but it's manageable and it's really good for beginners and to adjust the sound is very good. I've already learned to play back in black on this guitar it sounds fine, the first pick up on the guitar tho is broken i think because it's like lifted up and kinda sticking out but it still works and the cable came broken but apart from that great guitar

The bridge and the nut weren't measured correctly causing the strings to off on the neck. It also came chipped at the input. Even with these issues and the price, I repaired it and it plays fine.

Received my Gt502 in a timely fashion, the box was a little tore up, but left only a small mar on the backside edge... Out of the box it was a NICE looking guitar, i got the black matte, but I noticed 4 major things: 1)the headstock and tuner spacing are VERY CLOSE. Bought this from Glarry before i did i watched youtube about how the guitar was and the build the Only thing I didn't see was that the fret ends should be checked before even being played by anyone even if you bought it for your child could end up with cuts on your hand like I did and didn't even notice the frets nice looking guitar but needs to be checked out before playing

Bass arrived on time 1 week after ordering. Safely packaged with no damage. Looks and sounds amazing. The fret bars are tearing up my fingers because they are so high and need to be filed down and sanded I guess. I've never had this problem but this is also my first bass under $700

Not a bad instrument to start the bass hobby. It plays decent. This one came on time before Christmas. I noticed a few bad things: 1. Some of the screws came loose and not screwed in all the way 2. The honeymoon is over after half an hour.. The ashtray doesn't line up with the neck!!! High E tends to slide off the fret board above the 9th fret.I hope I can solve the problem, but, for beginners, they would probably give up guitars. I have to route out the pu cavity, and reposition the ashtray about 3/8ths of an inch, towards the bass side. Guitar is adequate for $90 bucks, light weight, nice finish, workable electronics, but not a refined instrument. Good beginner guitar or great for modding, but be advised, some parts are cheap. Glued plastic nut, soft fret metal, usable tuning machines, and a Truss rod nut that is very soft and susceptible to damage if not careful.

My guitar rack didn't have the holes for the screws and holders cut into the foam! I had to locate the holes and then cut away the foam to build this, not really what I was expecting and thought initially I had been sent the wrong pieces! (A case of you get what you pay for). I like the exceptionally light weight (that's why I bought this guitar), and tones from middle and neck pickup are nice. Problems include: sharp ends of the frets need to be filed down, fret heights are uneven so the frets need dressing (i.e., sanding) to avoid buzzing with strings at a reasonable height, bridge pickup is exceptionally harsh (I replaced it), neck is far too thick unless you have enormous hands (I wear large size men's gloves), and nut grooves bind strings and prevent proper tuni ...
