Great case, great retro look. I was a little skeptical about the quality of a case for this price but these are great. Fit my Jackson LP style like a glove, even with the top mount Floyd Rose.

The bass is great, it looks good, has good-sounding pickups, and is very playable. There was a small issue with neck dive which I fixed easily with weights in the control cavity. I'm taking a star off for the amp. It has very few low frequencies and sounded much better when I plugged my guitar into it, also the speaker rattled around so much that it has what almost sounds like overdrive. Even though the amp is pretty much worthless, the bass is great, especially for $100.

There's nothing really spectacular about this bass, except for possibly the bang for your buck. What you get is a fairly well made solid instrument that does the job without any unnecessary frills! Mine arrived well packaged and in good condition. There are a couple of minor finish blends, but they aren't noticeable if you're more than a foot away. Kind of sharp fret ends. Not the worst I have seen but not the best either, they need a little bit of sanding down to make smooth. I have never done it before but I will learn. You can play it like this though. Most beginner might not notice it. Nice guitar for the low price point though and the shipping was fast and free. So, good job! If you guys would file the fret ends a little it would be better though! Thanks and God bless!

The guitar came with everything listed, no complaints there. The guitar itself is good but not great, not sure if its because the tuning knobs are all on the same side. The spacing due to the knobs makes certain chords harder to do than I remember. Overall, its very worth for this purchase; I understand you get what you pay for, otherwise its a great starter instrument.

The guitar arrived promptly and overall looked good, a few sharp frets but for the price point it's to be expected. The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is because the screw in the top tuner arrived bent which caused the tuner to lean. This shouldn't be a major issues to fix, but it would have been nice if the guitar was playable out of the box.

4 because of the price, playability, the look is so great! First bass, also impulsively play unplugged. Took some free fender lessons over last summer. Anyway, there was a loose wire unsoldered to one of the pots. Bought a cheap solder gun and got reimbursed for it ( thankfully, thanks Glarry! ). I was surprised at how good it is for the price. 1 small blem in the finish. No sprout in the frets. Action was high, so I lowered the saddles and tuned it up. The amp isn't bad bad considering the cost. clean and dirty channels. A great rockin package.

The bass far exceeded my expectations!!! Great looks and construction for a $129 bass. I've upgraded my pickups to EMG and it sounds massive. My only complaints are the bridge jacks up my tuning every time I make adjustments, and my G string tuner came in slightly bent. No big deal being that this is a project bass so I'll be changing both of these. Overall, I'm loving it though. Thank you Glarry!

I have to buy nut blanks and completely remake the nuts for these guitars. The low e and high e are cut in a way the strings will not stay on fretboard when trying to play. I build and repair guitars. I purchased this guitar to mod it it out. Once I shape and finnish the necks, replace the pickups, and make new nuts I will review the product. To be quite honest, I ordered two of the GST guitars. These are my 14th and 15th instruments from this company. By far, the best I received yet quality wise. The necks are greatly improved (smaller). The strings are better. I did not measure, but I believe the e string may be .009. However, of all the instruments I received before, none had damage.
