The first guitar I received was damaged. I took pictures and notified Glarry customer service by email. They promptly contacted me and replaced the defective guitar. I cannot be more happy with both the new guitar and Glarry's excellent service team. This was my 7th purchase, my third GST and each time I have been extremely satisfied.
