1. The sound of electric current passing through is inevitable. It is recommended to turn on the amp first and then the distortion button (Drive button). In this way, the noise can be greatly reduced.

2. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use the AMP in rain or wet conditions where there is a risk of electric shock. When the AMP is not in use, disconnect the socket immediately.

In general, we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, there may be some delays for individual orders due to temporary stock shortages. We offer free shipping as well as paid courier services, with express shipping fees dependent on the quantity of goods. 2. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order by contacting our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label (RL) upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that shipment in transit is beyond our control, and any unforeseen delays are the carrier's responsibility. We will do everything we can to help expedite the delivery of your order. In the event that your package is lost during transit, we will resend it to you.
